| A recent hire we have where I work was talking that he played WoW and was a heavy raider on the Silver Hand server. They used be.imba.hu to see where they, or other people were at gear wise before they ran a raid, that is if they were recruting or looking for a PUG fill in. I checked it out and was surprised. My goof-off warlock (primarily PvP) was rated as better geared than my priest or tank (duh..his gear sux). ...but, if you want to see where you are gear wise. Try it out.
