Questions about Rank and Bank

I don't see a guild charter anywhere, so this may be covered someplace that I just don't know about...

What is the policy on guild ranks and how does that relate to the guild bank? For example I am listed as a Bark At My Foot Trainee - How long does that last and what do I need to do to move up? Can I place items and cash in the bank for guild use, or do I need to send stuff to someones bank alt? I noticed the tabs were broken down between gear, tradeskill items, etc. What do people want in there? I know the guild banks can quickly get filled with stuff that seems like a good idea but that people will never really use. For example, I wouldnt just stick all the Greens I come across in questing in there, are there guidelines for what should be put in?

You can read the guild information screen for some of this information. People will be promoted based on contributing to the guild vault and to helping others in the guild. Also time in guild does come into play. People that are in for less than a week dont usually get promoted to be able to remove stuff from the guild vault unfortunately because of the people out there who jump guilds just to take stuff from the vault and leave. Once we get to know you and see that you are making contributions and appear to be loyal to the guild you will start being promoted. You can contribute to the guild vault at any rank. Any items are fine to be put in (except grays and most whites) if no one needs them they can be disenchanted to help our enchanters and guildies that need enchantments or periodically the guild bank (dmgbank) will remove some items to vendor or AH and put money back into the vault for the guilds use. Hope this answers your questions. If you ever have any questions about the guild please feel free to ask me when I am online or pretty much anyone that is Hardcore BAMF or BAMF Leader as they have been in the guild for quite a while and know a lot about our rules and procedures.

Evi, who does our disenchanting? My 'chanter can only do greens to level 62.

I believe Juniiorz and Alphabet are our high lvl enchanters right now. Not sure what lvl they r maybe they will post a response.

Umm, ill disenchant np, my enchanting is like 263 or something so :p wont be able to do lvl 70 stuff but like anything under lvl 68 stuff i should be able to do =)
